WHAT IS ASSET MANAGEMENT?
Asset Management is the overseeing of Asset Service Providers, on behalf of an Owner/Investor, with the primary Goal of improving performance and profitability that leads to maximizing the Asset’s Value. Asset Service Providers comprise Property Managers, Leasing Agents, Hotel & Business Operators, and many others (contractors, brokers, lenders, lawyers, insurers, accountants, etc.).

Anthony A. Hamad, (Managing Partner)
Over 25 years’ experience in Operations & Asset Management of Real Estate and Hospitality Assets. Core competencies include Projects Turnaround, Workouts and Financial Engineering, Property Management, Development, Asset Management, Marketing, Financing, Acquisitions and Dispositions. Anthony’s specialization is in Repositioning of Assets, Rebranding, and Initiating aggressive ”Focused Marketing” to achieve revenue gains and boost market share.
Anthony served in many industries, recently as Vice Chairman & COO of a diversified, Global Healthcare & Investment Company Headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Served previously as CEO of a Family-Owned Diversified Investment Holding Group. Served as Managing Director of a Real Estate-Based Private Equity Fund in the US, as CEO of a US firm providing Strategic, and Asset Management services to International Investors. Also Worked in the Gulf region in other Senior and Executive roles.
Anthony was invited to and served on the Marketing Board of Directors of the “Sheraton” Hotel Corporation for 2 consecutive years, representing the Southern region of the USA. During his tenure, he created several marketing initiatives that helped the promotion of hotels throughout the USA.
Anthony Holds the “Chartered Accountant” certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales from the UK’s ICAEW and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut; fluent in Arabic, English and French.
